Is the Freedom Audit™ really free?

Yes. No card, no call, no obligation. It takes about nine minutes and you get your score, your Face, your Phase, your primary constraint, and a recommended next step. We would rather you find out where you stand than talk to us before you know.

What actually happens after the Audit?

You get your results immediately. What follows is calibrated to your score — some founders need the book, some need the Forge, a few qualify for a Consigliere seat. If you are not a fit for anything we sell, we will tell you that, and you keep the score.

Is this coaching, consulting, or advisory?

Advisory. A coach develops you. A consultant delivers a project and leaves. A consigliere sits on your side of the table and stays there — counsel on the decisions that actually move your life, with the architecture to back it up. The difference matters because our job is to make your firm need you less, not to make you a better operator of it.

What does "founder dependency" mean in practice?

It means the firm cannot make decisions, hold client relationships, or run its operations without you personally in the middle of it. Practically: escalations route to you, clients trust you rather than the firm, the critical operating knowledge lives in your head, and an acquirer would price the business as a job with your name on it. It is measurable. That is what the Audit measures.

Who qualifies for an Executive Consigliere™ seat?

There are eight seats. The standard is published above: $1M+ in practice revenue, five or more people depending on your leadership, a real commitment to succession, sale, or owner-independence inside 36 months, and character vetted by interview. Most applications are declined. The Freedom Forge starts at $750K in revenue.

How does the application process work?

Take the Audit first — we do not have conversations with founders who have not seen their own number. If your score and your firm fit the standard, you book a Freedom Call. That call is the application. It is a real conversation, not a pitch, and it ends with a yes, a no, or a waitlist.

Why won't you put your prices on the website?
